Summer’s Daze

Tracey’s townhome was cute, clean & convenient to all of Old Orchard Beach as well as Scarborough super quick walk about 3 minutes and we were on the beach. Thanks Tracey

We had a great stay - a super quick walk to the sandy beach and lots of good food in close proximity. And on a rainy day it was still bright and spacious in the living space

We have vacationed at this beautiful condo for two summers. We love all the space we have, the sunny living area and most of all the quick walk to the beach! The first floor bedroom and bathroom with refrigerator is perfect (no stairs) for when our parents join us for the night and they have their own private suite. We do not need to look further for a summer beach rental, we have found it in this perfect beach condo!

We had a great stay at Tracey and Ryan’s place. Location is the best to enjoy the beach! Hosts were kind and very reactive. Thank you for having us!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Ryan and Tracey's townhouse on East Grand this past summer. We were there for a week, and it was quite possibly the best week away our family of 5 has had in as long as we can remember. The property was well maintained, it was plenty spacious for us plus our guests, it was a short walk to the beach, and it was private enough that we often times had our own stretch of the beach to ourselves.

Ryan and Tracey were as gracious a set of hosts as we could have hoped for as well, making sure to check in on us regularly during our stay to ensure we were happy, well cared for, and that the place was giving us the space we had hoped for. A lifetime of memories were created in one short week and we are super excited to get back to visit and stay at Summer’s Daze again in the near future!
