Summer’s Daze

We have vacationed at this beautiful condo for two summers. We love all the space we have, the sunny living area and most of all the quick walk to the beach! The first floor bedroom and bathroom with refrigerator is perfect (no stairs) for when our parents join us for the night and they have their own private suite. We do not need to look further for a summer beach rental, we have found it in this perfect beach condo!

Thank you so much Ryan, Tracey (and sweet little Summer!) This was the first opportunity to get away in so long and our very first time all together as a family. The condo had literally everything we could ever need/want and so much more! Your attention to detail, responsiveness to any of our requests, and your gift for home décor created a true Home away from Home experience. The condo was clean and clearly well cared for which added to our personal comfort. The convenience of being so close to the beach, local attractions and eateries coupled with the pure coziness of this humble abode is what Summer dreams are made of!! We cannot wait to visit again!

Absolutely loved my two-week stay being so close and only steps away from the ocean! Property owners were fabulous and accommodating! Everything I needed was right there and I can’t wait to go back!

Our family had the pleasure of staying at Ryan and Tracey's townhouse on East Grand this past summer. We were there for a week, and it was quite possibly the best week away our family of 5 has had in as long as we can remember. The property was well maintained, it was plenty spacious for us plus our guests, it was a short walk to the beach, and it was private enough that we often times had our own stretch of the beach to ourselves.

Ryan and Tracey were as gracious a set of hosts as we could have hoped for as well, making sure to check in on us regularly during our stay to ensure we were happy, well cared for, and that the place was giving us the space we had hoped for. A lifetime of memories were created in one short week and we are super excited to get back to visit and stay at Summer’s Daze again in the near future!

We had a great stay - a super quick walk to the sandy beach and lots of good food in close proximity. And on a rainy day it was still bright and spacious in the living space
