We had a really wonderful stay! The beach views from bed were outstanding, and accommodations were very comfortable for me, my husband and our little pup. Thank you for the hospitality!

What a wonderful experience for our first time to Maine. We absolutely fell in love with the area the moment we got settled in. The communication we had with Tracey was outstanding, and the cottage was amazingly perfect!!! Great space. Great location to everything! We were able to walk the beach with our dog; it's close to town and ideal to all the outlying adventuring.

We felt right at home, from hanging out on the upstairs back porch, to personal touches of having cinnamon rolls left at our door as an awesome surprise. If you are looking for the best stay in Southern Maine; Tracey has you covered. We will be back again and again. Thank you so much for having us.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Moe cottage. Waking up every day and hearing the ocean was fantastic. I would recommend a stay there. Tracey was a great host, even unlocking the door after we locked ourselves out.

Location, neighborhood, host communication, amenities, cleanliness, and nearby things to do: All top notch! We spent a milestone birthday here with our dogs and it was perfect! We look forward to going back to Tracey’s home in the future.

So close to the beach and restaurants. Short drive to Portland and so dog friendly. My pup loved the ocean.

A little piece of Heaven on the coast of Maine! The Moe Cottage was just what we needed for some rest, relaxation and quality time away for our anniversary. Super clean and just perfect for a quick getaway! This is a traditional coastal cottage you would find in Maine - very simple - the spectacular is what you make of it!

For us it was seeing the ocean out the bedroom window when we woke up and letting the ocean waves lull us to sleep at night in a bed with cool sheets and comforter that was just right. It was easy beach access and long beautiful beach walks without packing a car and driving. It was enjoying cocktails, listening to music, and good conversation on the screened in porch in back. It was the thoughtfulness and hospitality of our hosts and everything they put into this property, their availability, and little extras to show how much they love it and love sharing it.

Tracey and Ryan’s place is a perfect getaway spot. The house is a literal 30 second walk to the beach and each morning you’re so close to the beach that you can hear the waves as you wake up. It was also easily drivable to Portland. The house was clean, comfortable and cozy.Tracey and Ryan were two of the kindest and most responsive hosts we’ve ever had. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

This is the cutest, coziest cottage! A place none of us wanted to leave and so close to the beach, plus friendly hosts. Walking distance to great breakfast sandwiches and laundry facilities. Loved it!!!

Perfect weekend getaway. Amazing location, wonderful and friendly hosts, doesn’t get better for a beach escape! The cottage was exactly as described and just steps from the beach. We’ll be back!

I would call this a cozy cottage. Perfect for a small family or group. The beach access can’t be beat and the neighborhood is nice. Everyone we met was so friendly and our pups had a blast on the beach. The “dog hours” are really doable and gives them plenty of opportunity for walking and playing. Cottage is clean and tidy- modern upgrades thus far are nicely done. If you have a dog you have found a great place- if you don’t you’ve still found a great place!!

The cottage is fantastic, beautiful views super easy beach access, in a perfect location and Tracey is an excellent host!
