Welcome to Surfside, Old Orchard Beach! This cottage is the quintessential New England beach house complete with 3 bedrooms, (5 beds plus futon) 2.5 bathrooms and ocean views from nearly ever room.
The house is located just one house from oceanfront. The beach path is about 15 steps out the front door.
The third suite has an enclosed porch with panoramic views of the 7 miles of beach.

The space

Three floors of living space. First floor outdoor deck and grill and third floor large enclosed porch with beach and marsh views. New kitchen, all new mattresses.
Keep in mind when booking that 3 (sleeping spaces) for guests are in a bunk bed and 2 spaces are on a futon. If party consists of all adults it may sleep 8-9 more comfortably.

We loved our stay at the Sheila House last year so much that we made a point of returning this year!

We loved our stay at the Sheila House last year so much that we made a point of returning this year. The location and proximity to the beach couldn't be better, and it's an easy walk down to the main drag in OOB. Tracey's also a very thoughtful, responsive, and accommodating host. We couldn't ask for a better spot for our family to get away to the beach for a few days and hope to come back again next year!

To end each night in the sunroom on the top floor with a glass of wine and waves in the distance; chef's kiss!

Rain or shine this house was an absolute dream! Whether it was spending the day on the beach, or just hanging out in the house, we as a group felt right at home. The entire house was so spacious and the icing on the cake was it was a few short steps away to the beach. Very ideal it if you have littles ones that need to take frequent potty breaks! And to end each night in the sunroom on the top floor with a glass of wine and waves in the distance; chefs kiss. Thank you so much Tracey for everything! We definitely plan on to make future memories back at Sheila’s Cottage.

A lovely home with lots of nice touches!

We had a wonderful stay at Tracey’s place in Old Orchard Beach. It’s a lovely home with lots of nice touches, super comfortable and has a great feel. It’s really close to the beach, which was a big plus for us. We had a really relaxing stay, hanging out at the house and the beach as a family and it was the perfect setting. The enclosed porch at the top of the house is a great extra too!

The proximity to the beach (literally 10 steps) could not have been better!

We had a wonderful stay at Tracey's place. The house was comfortable, clean, charming, with plenty of space and natural light, and had everything needed to cook a proper meal, relax, unwind, and enjoy the beach. The proximity to the beach (literally 10 steps) could not have been better, and Tracey was incredibly responsive and accommodating as a host. We hope to stay here again next summer!

This was the cutest bnb ever!

This was the cutest air bnb ever! Tracey was amazing with communication and definitely has an amazing home. Our bride’s bachelorette weekend was amazing and she loved the Airbnb and area, it was spacious and roomy for all of us! Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!
