We had a wonderful stay at Tracey's place. The house was comfortable, clean, charming, with plenty of space and natural light, and had everything needed to cook a proper meal, relax, unwind, and enjoy the beach. The proximity to the beach (literally 10 steps) could not have been better, and Tracey was incredibly responsive and accommodating as a host. We hope to stay here again next summer!

This was the cutest air bnb ever! Tracey was amazing with communication and definitely has an amazing home. Our bride’s bachelorette weekend was amazing and she loved the Airbnb and area, it was spacious and roomy for all of us! Will definitely be back and recommend to anyone!

We loved staying at Tracey’s place. It had plenty of room for the 7 of us and a dog. It was much bigger than expected. We loved the decor and the proximity to the beach. Tracy had a lovely bunch of flowers and a welcome note for us. She has a wonderful upstairs enclosed porch that was great for hanging out. We’d highly recommend this place!

Wow, we had such a lovely time here! The house is even better than the photos. Everything was spotless, there was TONS of room, and the beach was simply amazing. This was my dog’s first chance to run free on the beach, and it definitely won’t be her last. Thank you Tracey for a fabulous weekend!!!

This is a magical place! Way better than even pictured. It was perfect for two families to come together for some beach fun, card playing, and great meals. Tracey was a responsive host, flexible with check in and check out, the location was better than we imagined, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. This place is a gem and we look forward to coming back!

This was the perfect place for a family vacation. The place is lovely and was more than enough room for 3 couples, 3 kids and 3 dogs. Well appointed kitchen for big family meals. Lots of great views of the ocean - a sandy beach is literally across the street! About a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk to Old Orchard Beach attractions. Very responsive host. Highly recommend!

I wish I could give this home 10 stars! When we arrived, we immediately felt at home. So clean, comfortable, and everything that we needed to have for a long weekend was provided and convenient - extremely helpful when vacationing with young children. This spacious location is just footsteps to the beach where we spent the majority of our time, even when it was raining! Tracey was so accommodating and flexible and made everything a breeze. We made memories with our family that we will cherish forever!
