Hazey Point

I highly recommend both the house and the host! Tracey was very attentive and friendly; she was so easy to work with. The house was cozy and easily fit all 17 of us (8 adults, 7 kids, 2 babies)! Being so close to the beach was so great, we were able to go with little to no prep time. We had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful weekend at this home. My family felt very comfortable and truly enjoyed the peaceful and welcoming atmosphere. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was the perfect spot for our family getaway. Thank you again for everything — we hope to come back soon

Tracey's house was perfect for three families to come together to relax, have fun and make memories.
With 4 teenagers/preteens, two small children and 7 adults, there was plenty of common space for us to gather for meals or watching the Olympics and cozy corners to find quiet. The mix of old charm with clean and peaceful decor made our New England family feel right at home. The house exceeded our expectations.
And the location can't be beat. It was easy for a small group to walk kayaks up the road to explore the marshes or simply cross the street to access the amazing beach.

We loved our stay at Tracey's house, which was sparkly clean and very comfortable.
There are many spaces to sit quietly and read, and also to gather with family and friends. There is a wonderful porch with screened windows where the morning light pours in and the living room space has cozy chairs and sofas for snuggling up and playing games or taking a nap.
The kitchen had everything we needed. Numerous times I found myself saying~
"I wonder if they have..." and before I finished my thought, I would find whatever I was looking for. The kitchen space is a wonderful hangout spot as well, with room for a few cooks.
The whole house is tastefully decorated and felt both homey while not being cluttered at all. Bedrooms are lovely and the beds were comfortable.
Tracey was a wonderful host! Very responsive and easy to communicate with as we made our way to Maine and settled into the house.

Our Family Rented Tracey's Place for a Celebration of life for our dad a long weekend. The house felt so warm and cozy. We entered the house and immediately felt as we had been living there for 40 Years! Fantastic place!
Short walk to beach. Extremely quiet. Tons of room to spread out and chill! Everything needed to cook in an updated Kitchen!! Great appliances! Many porches and an outdoor backyard with firepit.
I would highly Recommend renting from Tracey! Tracey is so responsive, friendly and easy to talk and text with. I look forward to booking with Tracey again!!!!
Cant say enough how much we enjoyed being here in Pine Point at This House!!!!!
