Hello and Welcome to The Rose House!

The Rose House offers 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The front of the cottage has a lovely screened in porch with ocean views and a cozy seating area. This cottage is located just a few steps to the beach path which leads to the most stunning seven miles of beach in Maine.

Interior has recently had all fresh paint, new beds, linens and furniture. We look forward to hosting you at the lovely Rose House for your next trip to the coast of Maine.

Such a cute, quaint, and cozy New England beach cottage!

We had a wonderful trip to OOB staying at The Rose Cottage! Steps to the beach just as advertised and such a cute, quaint, and cozy New England beach cottage stocked with all of the essentials! Soft sheets and comfy beds! Perfect spot for families with elders or kids! We hope to be back for another stay here!

This is our second time staying, and we are already talking about booking again. It’s the best spot in Old Orchard, steps from the beach, and only about a mile from the pier which creates a quiet space at night.

It was the perfect place for us to stay with our two dogs!

Tracey was very responsive and welcoming. It was a perfect place for us to stay with our two dogs. We so much appreciate her willingness to open her property to Pets. We walked the beach every day and had plenty of room to relax in the cottage.

We would love to come back again every summer!

Tracey and Ryan were great hosts! We loved their beach house so much, steps from the beach, outdoor shower was great, and house was beautiful. They were so nice and welcoming and we loved being able to have our 1 year old pup there with us! We would love to come back again every summer!

The beds are incredibly comfortable, which is rare!

The location of this house is absolutely perfect. It’s a quiet neighborhood and steps to the beach. Tracey was great to work with and the house is super cute. The beds are incredibly comfortable, which is rare. We had a great stay and will definitely stay again.
